the final countdown
I am officially a full-time slack ass. But now I only have a limited time to do so. You see, I was offered a new job. No, not at the hell hole I currently sit for 8 hours a day. In all probability, it will be a new hell hole. But I have to stress the 'NEW'.
For so long I wanted out of here and now my prayers are finally answered. And what makes this all the more fantastic, is that I'll be working with my old boss, Pete.
This is my last week here. I am doing a little stuff here and there, like the project checklist that I will be handing off with no guilt to the other project manager.
There are other wierd end-of-the-year things going on, but I don't feel like typing them up right now. All I really want to do now is take a nap. But as I'm leaving early today anyway, it might not be too good of an idea. I'm registering for classes next semester, you know. Just one, but it's a start.
