My drive into work is quite lovely. The kalidescope of trees calm me and sets me at ease with the world and all that bothers me.
Through the backroads of Sommerset County I drove with my digital camera out my sunroof or carefully propped on my dashboard happily clicking away.
They finally mentioned the fact that I haven't applied to the jobs yet. I said I haven't decided about it. Peter saw my pictures and he said that I could forget the whole web stuff all together and take up photography. I told him that I was considering it.
Yesterday was Halloween. It was uneventful. I wore my Halloween socks. Sam brought home two bags of Recess Peanut Butter Cups. Only 3 groups of kids rang our doorbell. Now we have a bowl of candy that I'll wind up eating this weekend. Damn trick-o-treaters!
At least today is Friday. Another week survived. It went quickly considering...well, considering I didn't feel particuraly productive. I brought my ASP workbook to work today. I figure that I might as well re-learn something. Not that we actually use ASP here, but it's the logic behind it that I want to understand. That whole server side scripting stuff. Underneath it all, I'm stil a compuer geek.
