taking a 'well' day
*singing* i don't have to go to work today!*
i got up at 6:30 am anyway. crap. once i'm awake, it's difficult for me to fall back asleep. besides, i always feel guilty sleeping late. wasting the day in bed (especially when i'm alone) makes me feel bad.
so i'm making my christmas gifts to my family. this year is soaps. you know, the slices to see in stored for $5 a pop. god, they're expensive. i should start selling these things. i'd have a shop where i can sell my hommade soaps, crafts, and my photos. i'm thinking that i should try the craft shows next year. maybe i can make a decent amount of $$. i mean, i've seen some of the crap that some people are making and selling and i know that i can do that. hell, most of the time i can do it better.
ah, yet another one of my ideas that will fizzle out and be ignored.
my dad wants me to go out and buy him a present for mom. ugh. it's hard enough for me to try and find something for her - especially clothes - and now dad asks me to. he's such a....dad.
i have been obsesed with these diary things lately. i've spend hours reading other people's entries.
i think i'm just using it to kick start my creative mind. it's been playing hookey for a while and i think it's time to get back to work.
i've been writing in my journal on an off through out the year. it started as therapy when i was going through a hard time last year. stupid ex boyfriends getting new girlfriends.
but things have been going very well for me. my crisis has subsided, thus the need for that outlet for my pain has faded as well. so months go by without an entry.
i think my soaps are ready for me to add another layer of color.
